In furtherance of its commitment to social impact and community development, HAFBAM Global Properties Ltd has once again demonstrated that its vision goes far beyond real estate.
The leading real estate and investment brand recently carried out another remarkable Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative at Christ Central Primary School, Ilupeju, as part of its continuous effort to inspire confidence and enrich lives.
The theme for this year’s CSR program, “Inspiring Confidence, Enriching Lives,” underscores HAFBAM’s unwavering dedication to giving back to society and creating long-lasting impact.
Since the inception of its CSR programs in 2023, HAFBAM has empowered female entrepreneurs, Muslim women, and young professionals through skill acquisition and mentorship. The 2025 edition continues this legacy by focusing on education, environment, and community upliftment.
The HAFBAM team distributed brand-new complete school uniforms and exercise books the pupils. The children also enjoyed light refreshments, which created a joyful and memorable atmosphere.
In addition, HAFBAM assisted the school in restoring its borehole water facility, ensuring that clean, running water now flows throughout the premises. The toilets were thoroughly cleaned and refreshed, giving the pupils and staff a more hygienic and comfortable learning environment.
Speaking at the outreach, Mr. Ibrahim Adewale Omotoso, Chief Executive Officer of HAFBAM Global Properties, noted that community support and human development remain integral to the company’s vision.
Dr. Hafsah Balogun Omotoso, The Managing Director of HAFBAM Global Properties, expressed deep gratitude to Allah and appreciation to everyone who contributed to the success of the project.
“This initiative is close to my heart because Christ Central Primary School is my alma mater. Seeing the pupils happy, comfortable and confident gives us great joy,” she said.
The event was graced by dignitaries and supporters including Mr. Balogun Olalekan (CEO, McCoy Clothings), Mrs. Bolanle Balogun, Mrs. Bushrah Oyebanji Yusuf, staff of HAFBAM Global Properties, as well as well-wishers, whose presence and support contributed greatly to the success of the day.
The pupils, teachers of Christ Central Primary School and Government officials expressed deep appreciation to HAFBAM for their generosity and for improving the school water facility.
